This is my American Pale Ale, the recipe is for 15 Liters in ferment (13.5 in bottles) ABC 4.8% with Color EBC 19.

Malts and fermentables
Pale/Marris Otter 3200 gr 77%
Bisquit 300 gr 7%
Carapils 300 gr 7%
Flake Wheat 300 gr 7%
Black Malt 30 gr 1%

Simcoe 15 gr 60 mins
Simcoe 10 gr 30 mins
Simcoe 10 gr 10 mins

Simcoe 50 gr Dry Hop
